Our Process

1. On-Site Consultations

During this consultation, the client will discuss their needs and preferences with the builder; then we will assess the site's condition to determine the feasibility of the project.

2. Pre-construction Design

Once we have received the green light from the client, the next step is to create a pre-construction design. This include: floor plans, elevation drawings, and other details that will help the client visualize the finished product.

3. Approvals

This may include obtaining permits, conducting environmental impact studies, and ensuring that the project meets all zoning and building regulations.

4. Construction starts

With the approvals in place, the builder can start construction. We work closely with the client throughout the construction process to ensure your needs and preferences are met.
